restarting after shutdown?

my ttv2 is restarting after shutting down. I thought that I had fixed the problem with a reset to factory defaults, but it's happening again.

It seems to be related to the software on the card because it doesn't happen if I have the card out and turn on/off the device.

does anyone know what part of the software would cause it to restart?

fixed by re-formatting and a clean install from the dvd.

Redownload the Application/Operating System. Fixed the problem for me.
