Rendering engine crash

Hi I’ve not had a problem with Tomtom before but have just purchase Speed camera updates and now when I try to update them on my device I get this message. I saw another post for this that mentioned settings - OpenGL but I don’t where to find this. If it’s in Tomtom then I can’t access it because of this message. Help please
