Red Screen of Death

Hi all,

I have a TomTom Live 120 that i haven't used for a while. I went to use it today and all i am getting is a screen with a picture of a TomTom plugged into a Laptop as well as a toolbox with a blue arrow pointing downwards.

My laptop won't recognise that its plugged in so can't seem to update or restore it.

Any ideas?

Leave it plugged in as long as you can to get the battery charged properly.
