Just got a Tom Tom One xl for christmas and it has been working just fine. I tried to use my update to get the latest maps and now I cannot get the thing to turn on. When I got the download it was telling me that some files do not exist........what gives? I tried the reset feature with no fix. It goes to the screen and then just tries to restart.....but never gets to the navigation screen. Thanks for any and all help...........Jeez, we are leaving on trip in two days too.
