problem with mp3

hi
if i manage to copy and paste mp3 file directly to the tomtom g910 (without using tomtom.home), it freezes at 93% while reading the files after the first start up (i mean starting the tomtom right after uploading the mp3s files).
any clue?

Which folder are you pasting it to?

i am pasting to \mp3
it is in the root directory.
if i copy the files using tomtomhome it works, but with ordinary copy-paste the tomotm freezes while reading the files after rebooting

Strange, I've always dons copy and paste into the directory.

i formatted my tomtom and reinstalled the backup files and now it is working well till now. may be it can not read some characters in the filenames or some bug of that sort !
