Problem downloading updates from TOM TOM in my drive. To TT Via 1500

Hi everyone, please can you help.
I am trying to download the latest updates from my PC via USB. The updates I need are the latest GPS quick fix, and the latest Australian Map v10.50.
I have 2.8GB free and these take less than 400 MB, so memory is not the issue.

In my drive it just hangs there and then after 2 minutes or so it says the servers are busy please retry later. Same result every time. This has been going on for a week now. Do you have any ideas please?

Try this:

1. Get the FREEWARE version of Revo Uniinstaller from here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/

2. Completely uninstall MyDriveConnect from your computer

3. Get a fresh copy from tomtom.com/getstarted and install WITHOUT the device attached to the computer.

4. Connect the device to the computer and open MyDriveConnect.

See if things are better now.
