Battery problem

I have a go6000 which won’t charge, keeps saying battery empty going to sleep. I have replaced the battery and driven about 20 miles with it on charge in the cig lighter and still no charge at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Did you use a mains charger for at least2 hours?
