go 60 touch
after updating my lifetime map update, which failed and now I have no maps or control on my go60 touch except a message telling me to reinstall a map I have already bought or go to shop and buy a map. can anyone help please?

Had the same problem but cured by using my connect. Go into settings (clock on the country flag) then downloads empty folder then retry. Should get new map downloaded then will reinstall. Takes about 2hrs depending on connections

To clarify that last post just a bit ...
Using the system tray MyDrive icon in the lower right of the your screen, right click it.
Select "Settings"
Select "Downloads"
Select "Empty download folder" (you won't get any real response to this from MyDrive, but it does work"

Retry your map installation.
