No maps after update

My unit said I needed to download new map, but there wasn't enough memory and now I have no maps

A few questions to get us started

What TomTom model are we talking about?
What error messages did you see?
Have you ever made any sort of backup of the TomTom at any time?
Have you downloaded a map before?
Has the map actually downloaded to your PC?
Did it say how much memory you were short by?
Do you know how to remove stuff you don't kneed, such as voices you never use?

Same here same problem. I have TomTom One 3rd Edition, no backup. Working fine until your updates caused it to crash. please help
