If you have difficulty, install TomTom Application for ONE New Edition (7.162)

If you have problems with locating the satellites and having the gps work, contact TomTom for support. They are very helpful.

I had a problem and needed to "reset" the device with a paper clip to get it to work, but I had to do this each time. Check this forum for such reported problems.

The solution appears to be to use TomTom Home to install TomTom Application for ONE New Edition (7.162) which should fix the problem.
