Problem, I lived in Spain for a few years, and bought the Start 60 there. I didn't understand what I had to do to keep the maps updated, and to get started. So I tried various things, put in my email address (by mistake) as my password etc., so nothing much happened.

Now I am back in the UK, and I have tried creating a new account, I put in my email, password, etc., and I just keep going round in circles, they already have that account, I changed the password, then it goes back to email address is not right, and so on.

What can I do to start afresh, get my device updated, it is now two years out of date. HELP PLEASE - I am not very technically minded, so I will need a simple explanation. I will be very grateful for any help.
