Need Help !!!

I have TT 510, it works great, but yesterday I was trying to go home, but on the TT appears "ERROR PLANING ROUTE" , It was weare. When I came home I reset it, but when it starts, it freezes on the welcome screen where it says (TomTOm find your way the easy way). I reset it many time and nothing happen, please help me !!!!!

try holding down the reset button for more than 30 seconds, does that help at all?

Is it charged?

Do you have a backup of your card? If so, you could try reinstalling that. Maybe you have corrupted your card somehow?

I would say as Pedro and Spook have... Give it a good full charge, then try a restore.
