Need Help with VIA 52

Having purchased a new VIA 52 within the last 3 months, I am having difficulty in setting up routes and generally using the SatNav. Where is the best place to ask questions and get some help?

Thank you but I have an Hardcopy Manual that came with the SatNav.

I tend to do things intuitively but even with the Manual I am struggling. I found my old TomTom very easy to use.
