need help with screen issue?????

ok my xxl540s everytime i connect it to computer it always show the connected symbol on the gps screen but now when i click on yes connect to computer the display goes snow white it does connect but no image on the gpsdisplay like it use too.??anybody seen this problem??

on the recent destination menu is there a way to just delete 1 item at a time instead of the whole thing ????

Part1--Try resetting the unit by holding the power button for about 10 seconds till you hear the drums. Then go through the process again and see if you get the proper image.

Part2--No, sorry, it's all or nothing when it comes to deleting recent destinations. Dumb, eh?

thanks i did the reboot thing no luck everything works fine on the unit except this little glitch
