Need help remove tomtom go 510

Hi guys,
Is there any one out there had a hard time to remove tomtom Go 510 from docking of the windshield mount ? or I'm the only one that having this problem; Any response with how to, really appreciated.

The button in the middle top of the unit is the release button. Just push that in and tilt it up. Thats what i do and have no problems
