Map update to device fails (Go 60)

Hi,
I have A Go 60 and have had no problems since buying it in January , including several updates.
However, this time I am trying to upload my map, and , it finally downloads to my PC after 3 or 4 attempts, starts to update on the device, but only gets as far as about 5% before saying it has failed. I then have no map on my Go 60 at all. I have tried 5 times now to download and update the map, but each time the same thing happens. I am using TomTom My Drive Connect on Windows 10, with firewall rules set to accept and anti virus turned off, but as I said, it has updated in the past with no problems.
I would be grateful for any help.

When you go to the content tab of MyDriveConnect, does it show that the map update was corrupt and a 'repair' link there? If so, click on it.

Yes...it is corrupt, I click on repair and the same thing happens. I will phone support tomorrow.
