Managing POIs

When I go into the Add, Edit or Delete POI screens, only 3 categories are showing up. I put in a suggested patch to add Itineraries so maybe something changed.
Anyhow, how do I modify or add restaurants? Do I have to go and change the file I patched in to add different categories?
There are multiple categories when I just want to navigate to them but editing them seems to be restricted to three categories.

Any suggestions?

If your modifying TomTom's POI database, you need to use map share and not manage POIs. Manage POIs are only for custom POIs.
