Managing multiple Ones with Home

I have a One XLS and a One New Edition. Does anyone have suggestions on how I should manage them both using Home? Is Home the same for all TomToms or is there a different version for each model? There's also the question of backups and things like that.

I use 2 GB disks on my NE, but what is the largest SD I can use on the XLS?
