Loo loo volume

I have a start 60. When the volume is at max It is still inaudible. Can I buy a device that will give me more volume? Or can I get a systems reset . Thanks for any help I can get. shaun paul

Just a thought, when you tap Menu and then the loudspeaker sign does the blue banner at the top say 'Sound Off" and when you do that over again 'Sound On'.
With the sound on and moving the volume slider do you get a gong and a percentage shown.
