Installing 8.312 from CAB file

I would like to install 8.312 in my 740 LIVE to try and resolve the Bluetooth issues. I have been unable to get TTH to recognize the CAB file. Any help on how to install the 8.312 would be greatly appreciated.

Download and install WinRar to your PC then use that to extract the contents of the CAB file straight to the drive letter associated with your TomTom - Mike

Thanks Mike, that did the trick. Now to try it out and see if I still have Bluetooth issues.
