Have you had a good or bad experience with TomTom Support? Did they solve your problem? Let's see what the general public thinks of TomTom's CSR and technical support departments.
 
I emailed them a question on the 31st, received the auto-reply on the 1st. Haven't heard a peep from them since (it's now the evening of the 3rd). Fortunately I figured it out on my own.
 
I have only had to call a couple of times, and the worst thing about it was the wait time to get through. Other than that, they were friendly and helpful.
