How to revert to firmware 6.525???

I have been doing some research and it seems the only way to get my tomtom 910 to connect to my xbi chatterbox so i can listen to music and directions is to revert back to firmware version 6.525. Does anyone know how to do this?

Backup your unit's contents using Explorer, not Home. Make sure hidden files/folders are showing. Now, dl the firmware from the link provided and expand the compressed file. Overwrite existing files in the unit with the one from the compressed file 6.125.

Thanks for the quick reply and help. I do have just a couple questions about this though if you don't mind. First, what do you mean by back up the contents using explorer and not home? Are you saying to just cope the files on the tomtom directly to a folder on my pc and not use tomtom's home program to do it? Also, how do you make sure all hidden files are being shown? Thanks for the help on this.
