How to add custom POI downloaded from tomtomforums

Hi,

I downloaded many interesting POI files from tomtomforums.com. For e.g., WashingtonMutual.zip which has Wamu.ov2 and Wamu.bmp. How do I add this to my TomTom ONE v3 device ?
