How do I restore TomTom favourites?

Is there a way I can restore my TomTom favourites on my iPhone?

I had to do a complete restore of my iPhone, as certain things were not working correctly & I cannot restore from a backup.

Hello and welcome. There is no official way to back the favorites up but there is a method to manually copy the file responsible for favorites. The file associated with favorites is the mapsettings.cfg file. It is located in your iDevice and you can use programs such as DiskAid to locate it. Here is a free software that does the samething as DiskAid.

Once installed, connect your iPhone to your computer then run the program. If you have a passlock, remove it or unlock it and leave on.
The file you require is in this location:

iPhone/Apps/com.tomtom.USA2GB/Documents

The "com.tomtom.XXXXX depends on the map or app version you have installed but the idea is the same. Manually copy it before your restore then once you restore and reinstall the app, place that file back.
