Help with XL POIs please

Greetings from a newbie in Liverpool England.....I have a TT XL europe22 machine and from main menu press Change preferences, then press Manage POIs, but after that I have Add POI, Delete POI, and Edit POI all greyed out. As I am trying to add some phone numbers to some entries already in the TT , this now proves to be impossible. Can any of the wizards out there come up with an answer please.. Don't know if this has been asked before as not too good scratching through the forum sorry! Many thanks

To edit existing POIs from TomTom goto map corrections,
I think what you are trying to do is edit custom POIs but you have not added any.

Welcome to TTF.

Those options are available only for custom ov2 files you have dowwnloaded, not any of the built in categories.

So, if you don't have custom downloads, they'll be greyed out.
