Help with POIs Software

Hi, few yrs back, I had come across a freeware wherein one can search different business (say, mcdonalds) within a search radius of a zip, or in that zip. The resultant results would come up with co-ordinates, and they can be then saved as POI files for different GPS. That time, my TT 920 was new (so, it has been at least few yrs).

Now, I have forgotten about that software, and want to see if someone knows which software this was, or anythin similar.
