I ordered a new Expert Plus nearly 2 weeks ago, with a shipping time of 5-6 days, and no update at all on the progress of the order.
They have taken payment for it in full at the point of order.
I was told last week, they are expecting stock last Thursday, but this has been and gone, and in a chat with them yesterday, they promised to update me on the progress of order by the close of business. They never did.
Seems they are still selling items on their website which they do not have stock off, and still showing a lead time of 5-7 days, which is completely wrong.
Order with caution.
