Hi first post regarding new TomTom GO Expert

On my old tomtom go 500 the maps were in 3D. On my new device the maps are 2D and occasional land mark buildings in 3d. in settings, map and display,show on map i have show buildings in 3D view when available and show landmarks in 3D when available enabled.
so why are the streets in 2D on the new device and 3D old device seems the old device is better
any ideas

tese new tomtoms are absolute garbage. and when you have to come onto a forum to try and get help to resolve an issue it speaks volumes for the tomtom after care. or lack of it

Not criticising the forum at all Just Tomtom as a company. Chat bor is awful can't talk to a human Nd rarely reply to emails and when they do they refer to a higher department who never get back to you.

The maps are in 3D on the Expert 7" if you can call it that. Must just be set under zoom and orientation! 3D, 2D or 2D north above can be set!
