Postcodes for Via Live

I have a Via Live and when I create a destination it asks for an address (town, street, etc.), is it possible to input just a postcode to find the destination - if so, how do I do it? Thanks.

You should be able to simply enter the post code as a destination. Have you tried that?

Yes I've tried that, as I type in the first letters (our postcodes are "letters""numbers" "numbers""letters") it offers me Town / City names)?

Are you unable to type in the full six characters? Is the unit accepting only the first three? If the latter, it sounds like your unit is missing the current 'post code' file, and you will want to call C.S. as dhn suggests to get the requisite file pushed to your unit.
