just got my sat nav back from repair only 6 months old, batterie problem they could not repair it so sent a replacement ,the Wi-Fi won't connect just keeps scrolling, everything else ok but it does when on mydrive I hope this is something easy to sort out done all the usual things just keeps scrolling

Does your GO pick up satellites? triangle which indicates your position should be blue is not shaded.

At Menu / Settings / Wi-Fi did you tap on our provider and then sign in with the provided Wireless Password?
(WPA2 over here.)

Not getting any provider just keeps scrolling
Have never seen or heard of a 'scrolling' SSID list on a TomTom device before. Hoping we aren't having a translation issue! Do you see SSIDs scrolling on the screen or some other content?

I'd suggest first to try a hard reset of the device by holding down the power button until the TomTom logo appears, then release the button.

All I get the blue line at the top just scroll done a reset 4 times and held button in till resets aswell got the blue triangle everything seems OK traffic alerts camara alerts but can't connect to my WiFi network or anyones

This is what I get

Not getting any provider so can't put code in
Do you have a router from your Internet provider that has WiFi (WLAN). If no, your PND cannot possibly connect.
If you do have WiFi at home (or in the office) and power up your device and go Menu / Settings / Wi-Fi you should end up with a screen similar to this picture.
One of those should be the name of your provider. If it doesn't say 'Connected'. tap refresh
