frozen GO 910

Hi, I am new to this community . just received new GO 910 and unplug it from from USB (MAC PowerBook) and screen is now grey frozen. Could not switch it off. How to reset it ?? or have to wait for batteries to go flat?

Also, you need to remove the device properly to prevent this from happening.
