Do I Have The Correct Version Of TT Home ?

Hello All out there in T.T.Land,

I would like to know if this is the latest & greatest Version of TT Home.

It says
Version: 1.6
Build 020 (May 15 2007 15:40:57)

For Mac users it is 1.6
For Windows it is HOME 2.1

For my Mac, I've only been able to get version 1.5 from the TomTom website. Is there somewhere special to get 1.6? (and does it not suck as much as 1.5?)

It depends on what device you are using. For those with standalone products(like the Tomtom One), you can use Home 2.1. Those of us with Navigator 6 for PDAs are still stuck using Home 1.5 for now.

I suspect the reason for this is Home 2.1 does NOT work with a straight SD or MicroSD card, but will work for devices connected via a USB cable. Those with PDAs get our updates by pulling the SD card from our PDA and putting it into the computer(or card reader). The configuration on the card is what allows Tomtom Home to know if it is a Tomtom product or not.
