Map corrections

hi everyone
I have the 620 WiFi and it’s all up to date and last night we were in lake Geneva wi on hwy 12 and 120 well anyway on my Tomtom the new roundabouts are not there so I tried to do a map correction on the Tomtom web site and its correct on there report page. I checked my 620 and it’s got the current map installed.

The device does have 1020 installed? Call support and let them know as that would be very strange.

Be advised that the web page for map corrections can be 'ahead' of the released maps. They were putting the 1020 map to bed a couple of months back, and may already have picked up the change you want to make thanks to another owner's report or other source.

I’m sorry everyone
Here in Wisconsin we have been blasted with some pretty hefty snow storms however I will check tomorrow and see what number map is in installed on my GPS and report back.

Again, just be aware that changes that have been found and accepted since the last full map release, and these only occur quarterly, may well appear on the map update web site.
Hang in there with the snow. Here in the Denver area, we ain't gettin' much this year so far. Pretty decent snow in the mountains, though.
