I have had my unit for around 14 months but about two months ago the voice I have been using (Tim) has sometimes become inaudible as it seems to be distorted.I always have it on 100% as my car engine is not exactly the quietest.I have tried lowering the sound to 85 or 90% but I have trouble hearing the instructions at that level.Is there anything I can do to get back how it used to sound a few months ago?
