Custom POI and Icon on Tomtom One

Hi,
I was able to convert a Google Map export into a CSV --> ov2 file.
Once I added that on my Tomtom, I wanted to add an icon.
I scaled the icon to 24:5 but all that shows up on my Tomtom is a red box.
I checked to see if maybe i named it wrong but it was correct. (i.e. Factorydirect.ov2 and Factorydirect.BMP)

Any ideas why my BMP icon is not showing up?

The icon bmp should be 24x24 and it needs to have the exact same file name as the ov2 Example: Kmart.bmp and Kmart.ov2. Sometimes the pixels in the bmp picture can cause problems.

try to change the resolution to 72 dpi
