550 and traffic cams

All,

I know folks have been having trouble getting the 540 to work with traffic cams but I was wondering if there is anyone out there with a 550 and traffic cams. BTW, the issue with the 540 seems to be the maps aren't North America. When I renamed the maps North_America_2GB, I could get the traffic cams app to install but I still can't use it.

The 550TM I had loaded the cams just fine.

As did my 540TM... I didn't have to change/edit/delete anything.

XXL 550. My wife has a 540 and I can't get it to load traffic cams.

Which map do you have? My wife's 540 has US Canada and Mexico and it won't allow the safety cams option to enable.

Have you tried resetting the unit by holding down the power button until the drums play, then connecting to home?

I am on the most current map version - Canada, US, Mexico and PR... I am not sure of the version number and the TT is in my car.
