My 2535M Live unit is stuck on the screen after the drum roll.which is the information screen. I can't get it to boot past this screen .It remains lit up. Does anyone have any fixes. thanks

When you give it a single press on the power button, does it not turn off?

Sounds like a physically stuck button.
Does it "feel" wrong? Is there still a tactile "click"

Are you able to power it up and down with the button (per dhn)? I think we're trying to decide if you have a stuck power button.
If your only way to power up/down is to connect/disconnect from external power, then that's probably the issue.

can't power it up or down It just stays lit on this infomation screen. My only thought would be to let the battery expire and see if I can power it up when connected to the AC Any other thoughts?

Maybe, since it's a LIVE model, is to take the sim card out, put it back in and see if the unit reacts somehow.
