Why can't I use the map correction?

Bought a one 130-s recently, I tried to use the map correction function to report a missing street . But after that I still couldn't see the street, and the gps still gave me the original route which bypass the corrected missing street.What can I do to make that street valid, at least on my device?

Not a thing if it is a new street you are trying to add. You can just report errors like that (missing streets) but those changes don't show up on your own map for routing implementation.
