Warnings for Restricted Traffic Zones ?

Can someone tell me which TomTom's have support for warning about restricted traffic zones, can route around them, and how reliable they are (particularly with some communes changing applicable times on an almost routine basis)? According to Italian authorities I seem to have a nose for finding these, particularly in Florence and Pisa.

I've searched here and couldn't find anything and haven't been able to get to any product detail pages on the TomTom site for some time.

What exactly do you mean by Restricted Traffic Zone?
Restricted to vehicular traffic, period. Restricted during certain hours of the day?
Congestion Charging Zone like in London?
The latter is an easy answer as that is covered under
WARNING The current route involves toll roads. Do you want to avoid the toll roads?
