Voice recognition NZ - GO 730

Hi there, sorry if this has been brought up before but is voice recognition not available in New Zealand?

There are no cspeechxx.dat files on offer anywhere.

I have the needed support_asr.dat file but the icons on the TT for voice recognition are greyed out, and I really hope I'm wrong about New Zealand!

Map New Zealand v835.2419

I do not believe that the NZ map comes with VR.
