Voice recognition not working for streets

Just got a 730 (to replace a stolen 720). The voice input is not working for streets- it works fine for the city and number. No street comes up and I have to go back and say the city again. Then I need to touch keyboard and manually enter the street. Is this a corrupted file? Which file? Thanks. Howie

Try going through the complete process manuallyand, after doing so, try with VR again.

Also, try a pin reset on the unit.

A pin reset is common to reactivate my bluetooth connection.
