Via 1530 Cable

I love my 1530, but the power adapter cable is rather thick, and it makes it difficult to tuck in and hide behind door post panels. Is it possible to purchase a generic one that is thinner? WIll it be compatible? Thanks

Does your model have traffic updates? If so, then the power cable is also the FM antenna for the traffic feature. You should be able to use a regular micro USB cord to power the unit, but of course that would eliminate the traffic updates.
