Via 120 not getting recognized on Windows 7 PC

Hi, I have a TomTom VIA 120 GPS . It works on my other friends windows 7 PC , but not showing on mine .

What can it be ?

Driver mis match ? Do we need to install the drivers again ?
Can I have the link to the driver ?

Or let me know the way to debug this.
