Use v7 map with v6 firmware??

Does anyone know if it's possible to run a new v7 map with v6 firmware? The reason I want to do this is to be able to use programs like Tripmaster. But with the above described instalation, the map is not recognized.

Sorry Jimbo, the new maps won't work without Navcore 7.
I know, I also miss tripmaster.

I was afraid of this. So here's what I'll do. I'll have an extra SD card with the v6 firmware, the v6.75 map and Tripmaster loaded. On the occasions where I wish to use Tripmaster, I'll just pop in my card and it will run the way it was meant to.

I have tripmaster running on a new 920 with, I believe, the newest maps and software. There is a line in the config file that has to be changed and generally you canNOT change any of the settings from the TT but must manually edit the file. The edits are mentioned on the trip master site
