TT One 3rd, POI Description on Main Map..

Just picked up this unit for a dirt cheap price after sale and price match, so far it works pretty good, one thing I'm a little disappointed in was that you cannot touch the POI icons on the main map screen to get a description of the POI, you have to go to the Browse Map selection for that. Kind of annoying if your driving and you have to drill down two screens to get there.

Is there a faster way to do this? I hope this fix this in their next update. Other then that, great simple gps unit for the price.

Thx for the quick reply, weird why TomTom decided to do this, I was playing around with the Garmin and Magellan units and they pop up the description of the POI's when you tap them, you would think this is pretty standard. Maybe TT will fix this on their next update... (crossing fingers)
