TT Home Operate my device will not start

I'm having an issue...Ahhhhh...In tomtom home 2.6.1.1549 when I click on operate my device it say's NO MAP LAODED, yet the tomtom rider 2 works just fine anybody know of a fix, Tomtom Home tech supports says I have to wait for the next updat, chripes they just did the last updat last week...Uggg!

You could try to uninstall it and download Home version 2.5 from this link (bottom right corner), install that and see if it works.

That link brings me to version 2.6.1.1549 NOT 2.5 ? ? ?

At the bottom of the right column you can select other older versions

I tried re-formating and re-loading everything, didn't work, tried a hard reset, didn't work...Ugg!!!

What is the application level on your unit? Perhaps it can be updated and then Home will 'accept' the existence of the map's being on it.
