TomTom Rider is stuck

I am obviously new here and this is my first post so I'm not sure if this has been covered but I really need an answer.
My rider is stuck on 1 screen and even resetting it doesn't help.
It simply shows a picture of the TT with the SD card coming out of it, being displayed in the upper right of the screen then the card being x'ed out...over and over.
I can't get it to do anything else.

Is the SD card properly inserted? Try removing it and reinstalling it. Make sure everything looks clean...
