Hi I'm new to this forum and would like to say it has been very informative!

I was looking at the navcore 7 upgrade workaround and noticed that it said for serial No.s starting with a "E"

can anybody tell me where I can find the serial number on my unit?

please excuse my stupiditty (sp) if it's in an obvious place but I can't seem to find it anywhere!!

any help would be much appreciated!

Hello and welcome.

Actually you do not need to perform the workaround as the updates are released for the ONE devices.

The serial number is located on the bottom of the device underneath the bar code.
