Also to anyone who may have misunderstood...."I need to reverse a Canadian Tag"........

What this means is, I need to take license plate from British Columbia, and determine the name of the owner.....

This was nothing to degrade any Canadians...

Hmm not sure how you can get Plate info without going to there DMV there or having a cop look it up. Doubtful you get far with this.

I am an Insurance Investigator....I run California tags, almost daily...

The current person who was "located" drives a vehicle with those tags... I know its a long shot in at the same apartment building to have another BC tag where I am looking, however it could be a friend of relative of the person, and I do not wish to follow the wrong one.

I know I can not run Mexican tags, which are much more common in Socal...
