TomTom Won't Change Units

My TomTom used to measure in miles, and now it only measures in kilometers. I have tried going to options and then to units, but once I hit "units" my whole watch shuts off.

Is there any way to get it to change? It is very annoying. I would like to see my runs in miles on my watch

We don't generally deal in the watches here, but let's see if I can help out since I've got one as well.

Is your "HC" watch on a 1.6.X version or 1.8.X version of firmware at the moment?

I'm suspecting a corrupted configuration file. Have you already tried the "FACTORY RESET" option at the bottom of the screen that comes up with the "WATCH" tab is selected from MySports? You'll want to be sure all of your current activities have been saved off to the cloud first, of course.

It is on a 1.8X version and I cannot find the Factory Reset Button on MySports

When you select the WATCH tab on MySports, doesn't the bottom look like this (see shot below)? Be sure you select the "SETTINGS" area to expose the whole screen.
